How should I care for my candle?
We recommend placing your candle on a heat-resistant surface and allowing it to burn from one side to the other. This helps create an even melt pool and prevents tunneling. Always keep the wick trimmed to about 1/4 inch to ensure a clean, steady burn.
How long will my candle last?
Our candles are designed to burn for approximately 100 hours. The exact burn time will depend on the size of the candle and how frequently you use it. We recommend burning your candle for at least 4 hours at a time to activate the full fragrance profile.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $50. For smaller orders, we provide a flat rate of $5.00. International shipping is available with a small additional fee. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 2-4 business days for delivery.
Can I return or exchange a candle?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused candles. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Once we receive your candle in its original packaging, we will process a full refund or exchange for you.
